The Big Chill collects only the information needed to host you well: your name, contact details, stay dates, party size, and any notes you choose to share about your visit.

What we collect and why

• Booking details: name, email, phone, dates and guest count, used to manage your reservation and send arrival information.
• Payment: processed entirely by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers.
• Optional updates: if you opt in, occasional notes when game weekends or graduation dates open. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information to anyone.
• Share your details beyond the services needed to run bookings (payment processing, email delivery, calendar sync with Airbnb/VRBO).

Your choices

Email virreiraventures@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We keep booking records only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses no advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled at launch they will be privacy-respecting and cookie-light, and this policy will name them explicitly.
